PROFILE
My main goal in research and development (R&D) as a spatial data analytics system developer is to monitor the natural environment and disasters worldwide, regionally, and nationally in near real-time. The development of efficient and effective systems that ensure accurate and timely data analysis is my area of expertise.
With an educational background in Physics, Mathematics, and Informatics, intercorporate with experienced programming skills in Computational Science and data science for spatial data analytics, I have experience for more than 30 years on the development of remote sensing data processing systems for earth observation globally, regionally, and nationally.
These systems are designed to continuously analyze time-series remote sensing and large spatial data. These data are analyzed to obtain remote sensing indices and other spatial information, which are then used to construct maps with multitemporal or multi-spatial resolution. These products are capable of monitoring various natural environments and disasters on the surface of the Earth.
A web-based application enables us to access, visualize, and download map products that are available online. Their purpose is to serve as an online showcase for academic research, capacity building, and sustainable management of the natural environment.
Online map products can be accessed, visualized, and downloaded using a web-based application. Their objective is to provide an online showcase for academic research, capacity building, and sustainable environmental management.
In the past three decades, I have been visiting various countries in Asia, Europe, and North America for academic and professional purposes. These activities involve attending meetings, conferences, workshops, training courses, research projects, field surveys, and presenting scientific research papers.
I have also been a teaching associate (2006-2011) and visiting faculty member (2011-2013) in various academic institutions in Thailand. I taught courses such as "Fundamentals of Remote Sensing and GIS," "Advanced Remote Sensing," and "Fundamentals of Satellite Orbital Mechanics".
Additionally, I have overseen more than 50 doctoral and master's students from various universities in Thailand and abroad as an adviser, co-advisor, committee member, and external consultant.
I've been involved in research projects at the national and regional levels as a researcher, system developer, principal investigator, international expert, and consultant.
As of now, I am an independent researcher and project consultant who specializes in Remote Sensing, GIS, and Spatial Data Analysis for monitoring environment and disasters at global and regional scales.
